Cardio exercises make me feel panicky, exercise is suppose to b good for anxiety but it makes mine worse, doc says I have low BP no heart issue, 37y?

Panicky exercise. Cardio exercises might make your hr rise mimicking a panicky feel, and may be secondary to not enough water intake. Try drinking 1 bottle of water prior to exercise and drink water during exercise. All in all cardio exercise should help lower anxiety. Did your doctor check thyroid tests?
