In brief: Very unlikely.

It's always possible, of course, but to develop a UTI depends on a number of factors: 1) exposure to bacteria that can cause uti, 2) susceptibility to the bacteria to develop an infection by the person exposed, 3) time for an infection to take hold before the bacteria are killed or flushed out.
This is why utis are not classified as sexually transmitted diseases.
