I had my tubes tied for three years, but after my last period I have been spotting going on 9 days now with lower pelvic pressure, left leg pelvic and buttock sensitivity and nausea, what could this be?

In brief: Get pregnancy test
No contraception (short of abstinence) is 100% effective.
That said, menstrual irregularity and other symptoms don't define pregnancy. But you need to know because after having your tubes tied, you have a much higher risk of ectopic pregnancy. Assuming the test is negative, there are plenty of non-femaie-specific issues that can cause your symptoms.
