Clear watery discharge with a late period, multiple negative pregnancy tests, should I still worry about being pregnant or just wait for menstruation?

In brief: Just wait
It doesn't mean pregnant.
If the discharge has an odor then you might have bacterial vaginitis.

In brief: Wait.
Obviously, without knowing your age, times pregnant, menstrual history, and other medical history it's tough to tell.
But a watery discharge has nothing to do with pregnancy testing.

In brief: It depends
It depends on how late you are, if you are normally regular or irregular, have you had unprotected sex, are you trying to get pregnant, etc.
If your period does not start soon, it is time to call your family doctor. Pregnancy tests are not perfect. They can be negative when you have a tubal pregnancy or the pregnancy is very early. Best of luck!
