Every time I run I feel ill a couple of hours later. Headache, no energy. Have to go to bed. Not on any meds. Have 'normal' low bp.?

I don't know why this is happening but it could be due to dehydration.
Symptoms of dehydration include headache, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, etc. If it bothers you, get things checked out by your doctor. In the meantime, try drinking a lot of water (at least a quart) before you go running and a full quart when you get back. If your symptoms improve, you were dehydrated.
