Is it normal for my foot to be swollen 3 days after knee surgery?

Yes. That is not uncommon, however if the swelling gets worse or you are having calf pain contact your doctor as there would be concern about a blood clot.
Not unusual. You need to keep your feet elevated and use compression wrap on your foot to help decrease the swelling.
