He will need to be in individual counseling and he may need to be on antidepressants. He may need to be hospitalized if his condtion gets worse. Hopefully, he will begin treatment and he may not need that. Make sure he keeps his appointments. He may benefit from group therapy. A supportive family will be a big asset. Be understanding.
