Can milk help with a heat stroke?

No. Heat stroke requires several measures. Beside cooling, fluid replacement is necessary but the fluid should not be too concentrated like milk nor require digestive action, which is impaired in heat stroke. A solution of electrolytes with some (but not too much) glucose given orally would be first priority but in true heat stroke IV access is necessary.
