In brief: Caffeine/eucalyptics
Caffeine can often help and some may use eucalytic oils--rubbing on temples/neck area may help relief headaches.
As for belly aches--warm, calming teas and a a heating pad on the belly may help. Tums (calcium carbonate) is not considered a home remedy, but just some calcium so it can help with tummy aches as well. If symptoms persist, consult doc. Good luck.
