Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol or at least keep use moderate. Qi Gong, Tai Chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, Yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or Progressive muscle relaxation are all good approaches.
