In brief: Yes

Since the current formulations of flu shots are produced in eggs anyone who is truly allergic to eggs should probably avoid these.
Many people confuse feeling crumby after a flu shot with an "allergy." this is not the case - this is body's normal reaction to the vaccine and it usually only lasts a day or two (a lot faster/milder) than the flu.

In brief: Yes

If you have had a past allergic reaction to a flu shot - then in general, it is recommended that you don't get the flu shot in the future.
