In brief: LUTO?

Lower urinary tract obstruction (luto) can present with low amniotic fluid (oligohydramnios), large fetal bladder and hydronephrosis.
If bilateral, this is a bad diagnosis with poor prognosis for survival and even poorer for intact survivial and few treatment options with any chance of long-term success.
