In brief: When the growth
Plates in the bones close, the bones will stop growing.
This is usually by 16 in girls and 18 in boys- however there are exceptions. Of course one can get wider growing width-wise for much longer than that!

In brief: May have stopped.
Your age should indicate that your growth centers in your bones have closed, or stopped growing.
However, there are always exceptions to the rule, and your growth centers may have not completely closed yet, in which case you may grow slightly more.
