Soy protein for vegan bodybuilders is as about as good as the whey protein that the rest of us use. Begin a vegan requires you to know exactly what you are doing -- you must supplement or you'll ruin your health. Many people find they like the lifestyle and the strong statement against the cruelties of factory farming of animals.
