Could scoliosis effect fertility or ability to carry a baby? I had a miscarriage at the end of september and just wanted to see if that effected it.

In brief: Unlikely
Scoliosis bad enough to cause chronic respiratory problems from lung compression (quite rare), might have an impact on fertility.
Most have good basic health & the curve or rotation does not impact the reproductive organs to a significant degree. I also don't see any genetic factors linking the two.An estimated 1/3 of pregnancies are lost, most before actual implantation.Sorry for your loss.
