I still have fatty diarea I had my gallbladder removed over 2 weeks ago. When should it stop and when should I seek help?

In brief: A month or two
You can have diarrhea after a fatty meal when the gallbladder has been removed.
This should resolve as the body adjusts to not having a gallbladder, a few months at most. If still having symptoms after that time interval would see your internist.

In brief: See below
Diarrhea early on after undergoing cholecystectomy is not unheard of and can happen in 5-10% of patients.
It usually subsides spontaneously within 4-6 weeks of surgery. Keep your doctor informed and if this does not cease there are treatment options.
