Is it true that there is a protude in vagina when there is urinary track infection? Or is it uterine prolapse?

Might be prolapse. A urinary tract infection doesn't usually cause anything to protrude. I'd recommend seeing your gyn to have an exam and see what the problem is from. Prolapse (bulging/protruding) can be from the uterus, bladder, rectum or urethra or a combination of these.
