I'm 24... Is it reasonable to try and lose 30 pounds in a month?

Wright. Not sure what your current weight is, if you have any medical problems, or if u r on any medications. Normally, average weight loss of 5 pounds is healthy, but check with your doctor about the other issues if u have them.
