In brief: About

20-25 grams of fiber per day is adequate and i would not go much above 30 grams per day.

In brief: 25-30grams

About 25-30grams.
Fruits/veggies roughly have 3 grams of fiber if you eat the skin (on those that you can), fiber one/all brain cereal is 14gram in a serving so that can be your intake or try fiber supplements. Anytime you can do things naturally, it is better to get it through your diet than with supplements.
