In brief: Probably not

A nondisplaced wrist fracture that is appropriately treated will, in most cases, not cause any permanent functional impairment.

In brief: Probably not

Unless this is a scaphoid fracture there should be no problem. A scaphoid fracture, even if non-displaced, can lead to a non-union which can lead to long term problem.
