I suffered a deltoid ligament sprain in early march. I have used a boot and brace for a combined ten weeks. Still experience some pain. Tips to heal?

In brief: More info needed
Your doc can determine if you have persistant tendonitis, vs joint pain as in a frozen shoulder syndrome.
Treatment is different for each.

In brief: Have it re-evaluated
Consult with your doctor and go over possible treatment options.
Surgery may be an option if conservative management has not be successful.

In brief: Gradual motion
The deltoid is a slow-healing ligament.
Stretching and range of motion exercises can help. You can try an exercise bike, recumbent is best, or elliptical trainer but you may not be ready for any real activity. I usually recommend waiting up to 6 months for all of your symptoms to subside. An MRI would be helpful though if your pain continues.
