The pain is located where my Achilles attatches to my heel on both sides of the tendon. My foot was casted for 3 months...With no relief.?

Some form of physical therapy; antiinflammatory medication if you haven't already/ laser therapy--the pain relief kind--can be of help too.
There does come a point where, if there is enough spurring, that surgery may be indicated.

You need to be reevaluated, at least a new x-ray maybe mri.
I would recommend physical therapy, possible surgery depending on MRI finding.
