I'll assume you are referring to how someone with ts may have a kid.
Since they don't make eggs, they will not have their own. Donor eggs & help from specialists may be possible, but some ts patients have other structural problems with kidneys, heart & other systems that may make pregnancy a danger to mom & child. Investigate all areas to be sure.
