Opioids rsd. You will be having neuropathic pain. I would not suggest narcotics as this term denote illegal or illicit use. Neuropathic pain is known to be opioid resistant- you need higher doses for an effect. If all other modalities fail or the pain is really severe then opioids may have a role.
I was diagnosed with reflex neurovascular dystrophy. Can this past trauma cause this nerve disorder?
Yes. Complex regional pain syndromes (or rsd) often occur after trauma, sometimes even relatively minor trauma.
See below. I believe you mean reflex sympathetic dystrophy which is an old term and has been replaced by the term chronic regional pain syndrome. I have not seen a concussion do this.
Might it be that a concussion from falling causes the nerve disorder reflex neurovascular dystrophy?
No. Not unless there were injuries to an arm or leg as well.
Why is there a hard lump on my big toe? I stubbed it. I have Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 8 and Reflex Neurovascular Dystrophy. Urgent help needed!
It would have to be. Determined if the lump is on the skin, below the skin or if bone involvement. IF it was not there before the stubbing then it could be a contusion or possibly a fracture in which case an X-ray should be performed.
