Most of the bad press that we read about soy is due to the genetically modified version of soy.
Most soy in the us is genetically modified. If we look at countries where soy is consumed in abundanced, we don't see the negative health issues as we see in the us. Soy is a phytoestrogen, that's true, but the receptors that are infuenced by soy are actually non-stimulating.
