Mayra5, there is no correlation with the amount of menstrual blood flow and ability to get pregnant.
Conception has to do with ovulation, and that egg bring fertilized by soerm at just the right time. Usually, the egg needs to be fertilized within 24hrs of its release. Some women have very short cycles, others a bit more. Bleeding for more than 7 days or passing clots may be abnormal.
