In brief: Average is 6 months
The average age is at 6 months with the two bottom front teeth.
However, this is just an average and just because your child doesn't get it at 6 months is not cause for alarm. My niece didn't get her first tooth until she was 14 months old. And i've certainly seen a baby born with one or two teeth present already.

In brief: Around 6 months
Having said 6 months, it is possible that some children do not get any teeth for 12-18 months and very few are born with 1 or more baby teeth.
