What kinds of treatments are commonly used for psoriasis on the hands?

Shots, laser. Usually a combination of creams containing steroids, vitamin d or retinoids can be used such as tazorac, taclonex. In addition phototherapy or excimer laser can be used at the same time to suppress or hopefully put the psoriasis into remission for a period of time.
Psoriasis. Tons of lotion and intermittent ranges of topical steroids with varying strengths. Occasionally topical antibiotics are used.
