There are so many on the market so replenishing electrolytes is good, the problem with many brands is they contain high amounts of sugars.
So, like anythign else you have to make your purchase wisely. Stay away from the ones that have the high fructose corn syrup. As a rule of thumb, when thats the first ingredient, stay away.
