Depends on what you mean by bloated. "loading" peppermint tea relaxes the lower esophageal sphincter, or the valve at the top of the stomach, and therefore allows you to belch more easily.
Is peppermint tea good for getting rid of bloating? I know it aids disgestion but can it also help get rid of a bloated stomach?
Try it. I don't know. Try it and see!
Possibly. Peppermint oil has been used effectively for a variety of digestive issues (flatus, nausea, bloating, vomiting, cramps, loose bowel movements, heartburn, indigestion & irritable bowel syndrome). However, you may have better effect with enteric coated capsules.
Bloating. Yes, it may help. You can also try camile tea.
Bloating. Peppermint tea has been referred to as “stomach healer” as it can help with cramps, loose stools & GI upset. So it may well help with abdominal bloating after meals.
