In brief: Pimples and picking

First of all, stop squeezing them. You are contributing greatly to the scarring and inflammation on your face.
That said, one way to approach all of these simultaneously would be to first have a peel containing salicylic acid, then begin a doctor recommended treatment for mixed skin acne (there are many available). After the flare has settled perhaps try tca peels or laser fractional ablation.

In brief: Retinoids

Consider tradional skin care regimens for management of "oily skin" employing various products such as benzoyl peroxide and/or salicylic acid.
However the use of various retinoids (topical or oral) may also be valuable in diminishing sebaceous gland activity.

In brief: Start w topical Rx

Everybody picks them. Over-the-counter stuff is much less effective than an inexpensive clinamycin topical solution with or without a retinoic acid derivative.
If this does not give satisfactory results, your physician may choose a systemic antibiotic that is right for you, and dermatologists have "big guns" for acne. There's no reason in this day and age for you to have unwanted acne like this.

In brief: Cleanser, bop

Acne cleanser with salicylic acid will decrease oil and benzoyl peroxide wash will decrease acne.
The scars however will require specialized treatment by a dermatologist with a chemical peel or laser. Lasers can also control active acne problem and speed up healing process.
