In brief: It's possible

Tubal ligation does have a failure rate associated with it.
Various studies give different numbers, but it's generally quoted as about 1 in 250 woman can get pregnant after a tubal. The failure rate is actually lowest the first year after the tubal and rises very slightly in subsequent years. You might consider a home pregnancy test if you are concerned.

In brief: Most likely no

you had your tubal ligation five years ago.
that mean you have tested the sterility for five years. so the chance of you being pregnant is super low close to zero. in medicine we say never say never. if you are concern get tested and if you continue to have problem with your period see your GYN

In brief: Yes but rare

The risk of pregnancy after tubal is less than 2%.
If you are pregnant the risk of an abnormal pregnancy in the tube is higher and this pregnancy can be very dangerous. Take a home pregnancy test and if positive see your gyn immediately. If negative but still no period in two weeks go to doctor to get blood test as in a tubal pregnancy the hormones might be too low to register in urine test

In brief: Possibly

Every form of birth control, short of abstinence and hysterectomy, has a failure rate.
Given your history, it is very unlikely but nonetheless you should consider a pregnancy test if you don't have a flow. Many women will occasionally be late for their menstrual cycle but certainly see your doctor if this persists. Good luck.
