In brief: Probably not

By age 18, your growth plates are like closed, so further growth is unlikely.
Even so, sleep and water are essential for overall good health.

In brief: Depends on situation

Linear growth is dependent on open growth plates in the long bones that are under the influence of complex hormone interaction.
The emergence of sex hormones in the teen years begin signaling the growth plates to close ending linear growth. Some growth plates close by 16 or so in males (earlier in females) but some remain open into your 20's. An x-ray of your hand can tell if you have more time.
