What should I do if a bug bit me and now my eye is all swollen?

1 doctor agrees

In brief: Depends

On type of bug, if vision is affected, if not resolving on it's own, if it's warm, tender, puffy with fluid, ulcerated areas then should be examined since may need treatment with antibiotics, steroids etc.
A minor mosquito-like small bite can resolve on its own, use lotions, etc.
