Doubt it. Very unlikely that retroverted uterus in 13-y-o be responsible for bad low back pain. Suggest you consult pediatric orthopedist. Anatomic musculo-skeletal abnormality should be ruled out. Are you sure? There are certain uterine anomalies that can result in a miscarriage, or spontaneous abortion. These include septate, bicornuate, and obstructed hemi-uterus.
