More specifically, we have population data that shows trends in certain groups, but applying that to an individual is a statistical error.

While her current enjection fraction is 25% (normal is 50-60%) that may change/improve with time is she complies with therapy. Having heart disease puts her life at more risk than if she didn't have it but Dr. Cruz is correct that it is just impossible to even guess what her expectancy is with such limited information.

In brief: Varies

Depending on how strong she is, how well she tolerates and takes her medications, her kidney and lung function, etc all that will vastly affect her quality and length of life.
