In brief: ER VISITS $$$$$$$
Financially speaking it is very very expensive to go to er, if you do not have insurance, average bills these days runs not in 100s but in thousands of dollars.
The prudent option is to go to doctors office, and if it is after hours go to an urgi center if there is one where you live but if your conditionis life threatening than do not go any other place, call 911 and you will be taken to nearesr er.
