In brief: Should be safe
Like everything, apple cider vinegar can have side effects.
It may weaken tooth enamel. There was a single report of a woman developing osteoporosis & low potassium after drinking 8 ounces a day for 6 years, but it is not known if that was the cause & I do not advise taking so much.In general apple cider vinegar is quite safe & there is no evidence it would be harmful in someone trying to conceive.
