What is mild dysplasia and effect on pregnancy?

No effect. Mild dysplasia (cin i) are early precancerous cells usually found on pap smear. A colposcopy can verify that only mild disease is present and rarely are biopsies needed in pregnancy. After delivery, a colposcopy can be repeated and biopsies and treatment then performed as needed. Mild dysplasia rarely advances in pregnancy so there should be no effect on your pregnancy.
