In brief: Roughly 15-25%

Your age is important; smoking in the past can also reduce your ovarian reserve (egg numbers and quality).
The best tests of ovarian reserve are a Clomid (clomiphene) challenge test, amh or antimullerian hormone blood test, and an ultrasound of your ovaries looking at size (volume) and antral follicle counts. None of these tests are perfect, but can give us a fair idea about your individual chances of success.

In brief: Depends

Using your own eggs, not very good but not zero.
Eggs get "stale". 42 year old eggs are going to be hard to fertilize and then grow enough to implant in you. Using a donor egg and using hormone support...Very good. Now all you need is a good sperm donor and a great infertility doctor. Good luck!
