Why do many drug names have with azole or mycin at the end?

Omeprazole is an acid reducing medication. Mycin was an older term assoc. With antibiotics. Vibramycin (doxycycline) is a varient of tetracycline. Vancomycin, a powerful antibiotic used against resistant staph is a unique drug totally unrelated to tetracycline.
