Has anyone ever heard of a brown recluse bite causing a rash on your hands instead of a solitary bite spot?

In brief: Not heard of hands.

I have only seen and heard of necrotic lesion at site of bite which can destroy tissues fairly deeply and spread out.
(However, many bites cause minimal reaction).
