In brief: Under-challenged?

It could be both.
People who are feeling depressed tend to lose interest or pleasure in all (or almost all) activities. This is similar to boredom, and is not fun. When people are bored they're often under-challenged or under-engaged in activities. If you can't seem to get yourself engaged in activities make an appointment with your doctor for an exam. It could be depression.

Both are possible individually or collectively.
Seek help to determine what you are being affected by. Best.
