In brief: Lab testing

Your HBV dna (hepatitis b viral load) should be monitored and should become undetectable.
A goal of therapy is to go from having an "e antigen" (hbeag) to an "e antibody" (hbeab), but that doesn't always happen. Better yet is to convert from a surface antigen (hbsag) to a surface antibody (hbsab), but that's very uncommon.
