What exercises and weight lifting can I do while avoiding pressure on an injured ankle?

Recline / sitting. Upper body exercises in a sitting or reclining posture avoiding weight on operated ankle.
Exercises. To avoid pressure you need to perform exercises while in a seated position. Generally only upper body weight lifting is recommended.
Upper body. Just about any lower body exercise you do will put pressure on your ankle to some degree. The only safe exercies would be upper body.
