In brief: Saline, emollients

Rebuild your nasal mucosa with regular use of saline spray and/or irrigation, application of ointments such as vaseline or neosproin/bacitracin, and avoiding trauma to the nose (picking, blowing, etc.
) if persists, then see your doc for an exam.

In brief: Saline/KY jelly

Try to use saline rinses to help you alleviate some of the mucus in your nasal passageway.
The repeated nose blowing is traumatizing your nasal vessels. Apply KY kelly or saline gel to the inside center area of your nose to keep it moisturized.

In brief: Nosebleed

Apply vaseline to nostrils, especially the nasal septum on each side.
Afrin nasal spray is helpful to decrease congestion and decrease bleeding by constricting the blood vessels in the nose. See doctor if bleeding severe. Dont take blood thinners like aspirin, Aleve or ibuprofen. -tylenol ok dont pick/ dont blow hard, use saline nasal apray to keep moist. A cool mist humidifier is helpful.
