Changes do not occur overnight. Continue the exercise especially if you enjoy it. It may tae time. If after 6 weeks you still have noticed no change, consult with your doctor about metabolic syndrome. Some people do not lose any weight when they begin exercise but they convert it to muscle and notice clothes fit better. Have you made any dietary adjustments?
