How can I tone down and get fit for my prom?

Diet and exercise. There is nothing better than diet and exercise to tone up. Try eliminating soft drinks with sugar as well as starchy and fatty foods. Then, try and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, more if possible. Eat several small meals per day instead of larger ones. Be sure and start to tone in plenty of time as there are no last minute quick fixes. Finally, enjoy your prom.
