In brief: Depends

The time of year that allergies affect you will depend on what you are allergic to, and were in the country you live.
For my patients here in the midwest, the fall seems to be a huge challenge. That's when molds are at their worst, along with various weed pollens. In other regions, or for people with different allergies, the spring is the worst. It all depends.

In brief: Most, but not all

People who have allergies to tree or grass pollens typically have trouble in the early spring.
Those with allergies to weed pollens or mold spores have more trouble in the fall.
