In brief: Many options
First things first.
Find out why impotence or erectile dysfunction is present. For example, if guy is unhappy w/partner, no meds are going to work until relationship repaired. Also need to address health & lifestyle, eg no smoking, avoid excess alcohol, etc. And look for meds that cause ed like Finasteride & dutasteride. After all that, then consider cialis, levitra, (vardenafil) staxyn, stendra or viagra.

The above are the current FDA-approved oral options. Failing those (or if you can't b/c also taking nitrates), consider alprostadil, either MUSE (intraurethral) or Caverject/Edex (intracavernosal). If that doesn't work, try a vacuum pump. Failing all those measures, your Urologist can give you a penile implant.
